TTC Hosting Refund Policy
We give you a cooling-off period during which you have an unconditional right to cancel the contract. The cooling-off period ends seven working days after the day the order was made - or after written confirmation is received by you. Customers must inform TTC Hosting in writing - by letter, fax or email - of their decision to cancel.
We will reimburse your money as soon as possible - and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days.
If we terminate your contract for any reason in accordance with the terms of our contract with you we will not return any set up or monthly service fees.
Modification
TTC Hosting reserves the right to add, delete or modify any provision of this policy at any time without notice.
